With this excursion we will offer you the chance to live a day on a pristine Caribbean island, the Catalina island. A coral island, formed by three overlapping plateaus. The highest point on the island is at least twenty meters above sea level. The seas surrounding the island are rich in wildlife, with many species of birds and tropical fish, and there are vast areas, even some distance from the coast, where underwater sandbanks bring the depth of the water to a few tens of centimeters. One of our private taxis will pick you up directly at your accommodation, to take you to La Romana, where at about 9.00am we will board a catamaran, and we will depart to the Catalina Island destination, where we will stop until 3:00 pm . Before arriving at the island we will stop, during which you will be able to practice snorkeling to discover the magnificent seabed of the coral reef that characterizes this corner of the Caribbean Sea. With this excursion, we will take you to discover the island of Saona. Departure from Bayahibe in the launch. Stop at the famous "Natural Pools", where you can swim and have your picture taken with giant starfish. A welcome cocktail awaits you on the island.
